Our goal at Mandura is to become a First Nations employer of choice. And in doing so, we are aiming to achieve an Indigenous employment target of at least 40% by 2023.

All employees of Mandura are provided with:

  • Cultural awareness training during onboarding and annually
  • 40 hours of professional development and training every year
  • One-on-one mentorship from a Senior Elder as well as Mandura and Winc team members

The intention is to provide the skills and knowledge that will assist in creating the First Nations captains of industry for tomorrow.

A paid work experience program to support new career pathways in which First Nations employees are able to learn is also on offer. Our goal is to offer at least five paid work experience placements in our first year.
